If your order has not been processed yet, in most cases it is possible to cancel or modify the order. Your payment will be fully refunded to your account, or you can change your order. It is important that you contact Our sales team with your question as soon as possible.
Some products are excluded from cancellation, for example if a product is made to order.
If the order has already left the warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change your order. In this case, you can use our Return Procedure as described below.
Returns are accepted, subject to goods being returned in an unused and re-saleable condition based on the following conditions.
It is the customers responsibility to order the correct item, if the incorrect item is ordered, the goods cannot be returned.
If the product sent is not as per the part number, goods can be returned for replacement with the correct item.
If order quantity is short, additional items will be sent to make up to the correct quantity.
If order quantity is exceeded, we will arrange to collect the additional items.
If goods are faulty, Valve Center will replace the faulty item after receipt, inspection and confirmation of faulty goods.
If goods are cancelled, Valve Center reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Valve Center also reserve to the right not to accept cancelled or returned goods. Carriage charges will not be credited.
Any returns for whatever reason must be confirmed and accepted by a member of our sales team and written confirmation of said acceptance must be received by the buyer from Valve Center prior to the return of goods.
We will either refund your payment minus any restocking fees or produce a credit note against your account.
